• Omnichannel Support: Handle premium client interactions through telephone email and live chat to answer questions regarding platform features and digital configurations.
• Technical Troubleshooting: Act as a product specialist to identify and resolve account issues and technical errors with complete accuracy.
• Feature Optimization & Insights: Help users navigate the platform effectively while gathering their feedback to send back to development teams for continuous system updates.
