YOUR ROLE

As an Italian-Speaking Customer Service Representative youll provide professional support to customers and insurance brokers through phone and email.

Your main responsibilities will include:

Handling inbound and outbound calls from Italian-speaking customers

Responding to customer inquiries via email

Providing clear information about insurance products and coverage

Assisting with policy-related questions and cancellations

Supporting insurance brokers with their inquiries

Delivering friendly professional and solution-focused customer service

Accurately handling customer information and requests

Meeting quality and performance standards

SALARY & BENEFITS

1000/month salary

Up to 100 performance bonus

7.63 net meal allowance per working day

WORKING SCHEDULE

MondayFriday

Including bank holidays

Rotational shifts between 07:3020:00

Weekends OFF

WHAT WERE LOOKING FOR

Italian: Fluent / C1C2 level

English: Good working proficiency
