Italian-Speaking Customer Service Advisor

Location: Lisbon Portugal (Work from Home)

Work Model: Remote / Work from Home

Schedule: Monday to Saturday (including bank holidays) between 07:00 AM and 07:00 PM (Portuguese time)
Days Off: Sunday 1 rotational day

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences Do you enjoy helping people and communicating in Italian We are looking for a Customer Service Advisor to support customers of a leading international company in the pet care sector.

In this role you will be the first point of contact for customers providing friendly efficient and solution-oriented support through inbound calls emails and chat.

• Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone email and chat

• Provide accurate information about products orders and services

• Assist customers with order processing account management cancellations and complaints

• Prepare maintain and review purchasing-related documentation accurately

• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by resolving issues professionally

• Identify opportunities for cross-selling and additional customer support when appropriate

• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and customer experience excellence

• Native or near-native Italian (C2 level)

• Good English communication skills (B2 level)

• At least 6 months of experience in customer service retail or a similar customer-facing role

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work independently in a remote environment

• Customer-oriented mindset with attention to detail

• Previous experience in cross-selling is considered an advantage

Competitive Compensation

• Base Salary: 1000 gross/month

• Performance Bonus: up to 100 gross/month (paid over 12 months)

• Meal Allowance: 7.63 net/day

Relocation Support

• Shared accommodation provided for up to 12 months
