Schedule: MonFri 09:0018:00 weekends off initially
Schedule may later transition to 24/7 rotational shifts.

Were looking for a native-level Italian speaker with strong English skills to join as a CS Onboarding Specialist.

You will:
Engage creators through high-volume outbound calls
Guide creators through the onboarding process
Promote Live Monetization features
Handle objections and negotiate effectively
Drive lead conversion and activation
Maintain quality SLA and conversion targets

Native-level Italian
Business-level English
Contact center / customer service experience
Telemarketing or sales experience
Strong communication & persuasion skills
Familiarity with social media products
Basic understanding of digital advertising
Adaptability in a fast-paced environment

Relocation support for candidates moving from outside Portugal
Shared accommodation available for up to 12 months
