Italian-Speaking Creator Support Specialist

CloserHire is partnering with a leading international digital company to recruit Italian-speaking Creator Support this role you will be the primary point of contact for Italian content creators providing operational support and guidance on tools and best practices to improve their experience on digital platforms. You will have the opportunity to work in an international fast-paced and dynamic environment supporting creators and contributing to platform growth.

Responsibilities:

• Provide support to Italian content creators via chat email and calls to resolve issues and answer platform-related questions
• Assist creators in the correct use of tools guidelines and policies
• Identify recurring issues and provide feedback to internal teams to improve products and services
• Collaborate with other support specialists to ensure a consistent and high-quality creator experience
• Monitor complex cases and ensure timely and clear follow-up
• Participate in ongoing training sessions to stay updated on products policies and best practices

Qualifications:

• Native or fluent Italian (C2) written and spoken
• Good command of English (B2 or higher)
• Interest in social media content creation or technology
• Excellent communication skills empathy and customer-focused mindset
• Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously with precision and attention to detail
• Previous experience in customer support or digital services is a plus Proactive and collaborative mindset able to work in dynamic and multicultural teams
