Im currently recruiting Italian-speaking professionals to join an international insurance project in Portugal.

This opportunity combines communication problem-solving and relationship building. You will guide Italian-speaking clients through their questions provide clear information and ensure that every interaction is handled with professionalism empathy and attention to detail.

What youll be responsible for:

Assisting clients through phone email live chat and social media
Providing clear and accurate information about products services and account-related matters
Understanding each clients needs and identifying the most appropriate solution
Helping with general questions and basic digital or technical issues
Recording relevant case information accurately in internal systems
Following established procedures and quality standards
Coordinating with specialised internal teams when additional assistance is required
Managing requests efficiently and ensuring appropriate follow-up
Sharing feedback and ideas to improve internal processes and the overall client experience

What were looking for:

Native or fluent Italian both written and spoken
Good command of English
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Professional empathetic and solution-oriented approach
Ability to manage different communication channels confidently
Strong organisation attention to detail and multitasking skills
Good computer literacy and the ability to learn new systems quickly
Experience with CRM platforms or ticket-management tools is an advantage
Collaborative mindset and willingness to learn
Availability to work on-site in Lisbon
