CloserHire is partnering with a leading customer experience provider in Portugal to recruit a Italian-speaking B2B Support Advisor for a global project in the digital advertising sector. This is an exciting opportunity for experienced professionals to provide specialized support via chat to sales teams and advertisers on a major digital advertising platform. If you have a background in B2B environments and enjoy working in tech-driven roles this is the role for you. As a B2B Support Advisor you will be responsible for providing real-time assistance to sales teams and advertisers using a digital advertising platform. All support is delivered through chat ensuring fast accurate and professional service.

Your Role

• Supporting B2B clients (sales and advertisers) via live chat
• Troubleshooting platform-related issues and providing efficient resolutions
• Using ticketing tools to track document and manage customer interactions
• Escalating complex or technical cases as needed
• Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of platform features and updates
• Ensuring a high standard of service quality responsiveness and accuracy

Your Profile

• Fluency in Italian (C2 level) and English (B2 level)
• Minimum 2.5 years of experience in

• Prior experience handling B2B communication via chat and/or ticketing systems is a strong plus
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working in a structured fast-paced support environment
