Your Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer support to Italian-speaking customers via phone email and chat.
• Resolve customer inquiries efficiently while providing a positive customer experience.
• Identify customer needs and offer appropriate solutions.
• Accurately document customer interactions and follow internal procedures.
• Collaborate with colleagues to maintain high service quality.

What Were Looking For

• Fluent Italian (C1/C2) and good English skills (B2 or higher).
• EU citizenship or a valid EU work permit is mandatory. Unfortunately we cannot provide visa sponsorship.
• Candidates already based in Lisbon or nearby.
• Previous experience in customer support customer service or another customer-facing role is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• A positive attitude and willingness to work in a fast-paced international environment.
