Italian Social Media Content Moderator

CloserHire is working with a leading Outsourcing/BPO consultancy to recruit Italian-speaking Content Moderators for an on-site TikTok project in this role you will ensure that content posted by users meets community guidelines and policies. You will work in a fast-paced international environment reviewing videos posts and comments and helping to maintain a safe and positive online experience for users worldwide.

Responsibilities:

• Review and moderate user-generated content in Italian including videos posts and comments
• Identify and escalate inappropriate harmful or sensitive content
• Apply professional judgment and ensure consistent moderation decisions
• Collaborate with team members to resolve complex cases and identify recurring trends
• Document moderation actions and maintain accurate records
• Contribute to process improvements and knowledge sharing within the moderation team

Qualifications:

• Native or fluent Italian (C1/C2)
• Good command of English (B2) for internal communication
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
• Comfortable handling sensitive content professionally and consistently
• Previous experience in content moderation social media or customer support is a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced performance-driven environment
• Empathetic professional and resilient under pressure
• Team player with a proactive and adaptable attitude
