Italian & English-Speaking Customer Service Specialist

Initial shifts between 07:00 and 19:00 Monday to Sunday with 2 rotating days off. Future schedules may include 24/7 rotational shifts.

We are looking for Italian and English-speaking professionals with a background in digital marketing and paid campaign management to join an international team in Lisbon!

Key Responsibilities

• Provide customer support related to digital advertising products and services.
• Assist customers with questions and issues regarding advertising campaigns.
• Guide users through digital marketing tools and social media products.
• Deliver high-quality customer service and help resolve customer concerns.

Requirements

• Fluency in Italian and English.
• Previous experience managing paid campaigns.
• Experience in digital marketing.
• A degree in Marketing or a related field.
• Experience in a contact centre or customer service programme within the advertising technology sector.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and basic digital advertising concepts.
