• Provide outstanding customer support in Italian and English.
• Handle inquiries troubleshooting and service requests via phone email and chat.
• Ensure professional and timely responses to all customer needs.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues efficiently.

• Languages: Italian (C1/native) and English (B2).
• Skills: Excellent communication empathy and problem-solving ability.
• Experience: Previous customer service experience is a plus (not mandatory).
• Mindset: Positive attitude flexibility and adaptability to shift work.

• Base Salary: 1000 (per 14 months)
• Meal Allowance: 100 (per 11 months)
• Full On-site Work
• Contract Type: Fixed-term (6 months)
