• Customer Care: Assist Italian-speaking customers via phone email and live chat with product inquiries account management and service updates.
• Problem Solving: Resolve customer complaints tracking issues or billing queries efficiently and with high empathy.
• Technical Guidance: Help users navigate digital platforms application settings or online tools step-by-step.
• Data Integrity: Maintain accurate detailed records of customer interactions within our internal CRM system.

• Location: Remote / Work From Home within Portugal.

• Hours: 40 hours per week (Full-time).
