We are looking for a French-Speaking Customer Service Representative to join Concentrix Lisbon. This remote opportunity allows you to provide professional customer support in French and English from home while remaining within the required distance of the Lisbon office.

As part of the remote customer service team you will provide professional assistance to customers in French and English helping ensure an efficient and positive experience.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Provide customer support in French and English.
• Handle customer questions requests and concerns professionally.
• Deliver clear accurate and useful information.
• Assist customers throughout their interactions with the company.
• Maintain a friendly professional and customer-focused approach.

• Fluent French and English proficiency.
• Must already be residing in Portugal.
• Must live within 50 km of the Concentrix Lisbon office.
• Comfortable working remotely.

• Ability to work independently while following established processes.

• Remote position.
• Candidates must be located within 50 km of the Concentrix Lisbon office.
• Monday to Sunday operation.
• Working hours between 07:00 and 21:00.
• Two rotational days off per week.
• Candidates must already reside in Portugal.
• No relocation support available.
