Italian Content Moderation Specialist

We are looking for individuals with high emotional intelligence and mental resilience to join our team in Portugal. Your mission is simple but vital: keep the digital space safe and clean for millions of users.

You will be responsible for reviewing and moderating user-generated content against safety guidelines. This is a dynamic fast-paced environment where your decisions directly impact the safety of the online community.

The Reality of the Work:

This role is not for everyone. You will be exposed to sensitive graphic and potentially disturbing content. We are looking for candidates with strong emotional balance and the ability to maintain a professional resilient mindset regardless of the material.

• Monthly Salary: 1000 (Paid over 14 months).
• Exclusive Sign-on Bonus: Joining our 28/05 wave Youll receive an additional 1000 Bonus distributed in 12 monthly installments during your first year.

We are committed to helping you settle in Portugal:

• International Candidates: We provide shared accommodation for up to 12 months. (Full terms will be reviewed during your interview). Please note: Flights are not included.
• Local Candidates: Relocation assistance is available specifically for Tier 1 language speakers (German Dutch and Nordic languages).

This is a 24/7 operation with a rotating shift structure. You must be available for:

• Morning: 07:00 16:00
• Afternoon: 14:00 23:00
• Night: 22:30 07:30

(The rhythm of your work will rotate providing a dynamic work-life schedule.)

• Reliability: You are strictly punctual and committed to 100% on-site attendance.
• Attention to Detail: You catch the nuances that others miss.
• Language: Fluency in the required languages (as applicable) and strong communication skills.
