Italian Call Center Specialist

Your Role

Step into the front lines of customer satisfaction! As an Inbound Sales Specialist youll represent a fast-growing European hospitality brand providing top-notch service to incoming guests and customers. Your mission Convert interest into bookings build loyalty and deliver a seamless customer experienceall while working in a vibrant international environment.

What Youll Be Doing

• Handle incoming calls emails and chat inquiries from Italian-speaking customers
• Assist with reservations availability promotions and room details
• Offer tailored recommendations to boost bookings and guest satisfaction
• Support the sales team by upselling additional services when relevant
• Keep guest records updated in CRM tools and follow procedures precisely
• Collaborate with a multicultural team to meet and exceed KPIs

Compensation & Perks

Base Salary: 1250.00 gross/month
