For this position the perfect Rhino should have the following skills:
- 5 years of experience in IT Project Management Infrastructure or Production Support;
- Strong experience managing end-to-end IT infrastructure projects including scope budget timelines risks and stakeholders;
- Solid technical knowledge of Linux Kubernetes WebSphere Oracle and Cloud environments;
- Experience with Application Production Support / L3 support;
- Good understanding of DevOps and CI/CD including Jenkins GitLab CI Docker and Kubernetes;
- Experience with Cloud platforms such as AWS Azure or GCP;
- Knowledge of monitoring and observability tools preferably Dynatrace;
- Experience coordinating technical teams and ensuring transition to RUN / production support;
- Strong communication organization problem-solving and stakeholder management skills;
- English B2;
- Availability for a hybrid model in Lisbon or Porto;
- Being based in Portugal with Portuguese or EU citizenship or a valid work permit.
