The role
We are looking for an experienced IT Endpoint Engineer to strengthen our Digital Workplace team and take a key technical role in managing and evolving our global endpoint environment.
In this role you will be responsible for the engineering management and continuous improvement of our client device landscape across Windows macOS Linux iOS and Android. You will work hands-on with modern endpoint and device management technologies to ensure that our devices are securely configured reliably managed and ready to support our colleagues across an international organisation.
As part of our Digital Workplace team you will drive the evolution of our endpoint management solutions and contribute your expertise across areas such as device management configuration and compliance automation application deployment lifecycle management and endpoint-related integrations.
You will work closely with colleagues across Digital Workplace and other IT teams to continuously improve how we manage endpoints at scale combining strong technical expertise with a high degree of ownership and a focus on stable secure and efficient workplace services.
How youll make an impact
You manage engineer and continuously improve our global endpoint environment as part of the Digital Workplace team with a strong focus on Windows and macOS client platforms.
You design implement and maintain modern endpoint management solutions configurations policies and standards to provide secure reliable and consistent client services across the organisation.
You drive automation and standardisation across endpoint management using scripting and modern management capabilities to reduce manual effort and improve operational efficiency.
You manage the lifecycle of our Windows macOS and Linux clients while also supporting iOS and Android devices within our broader endpoint environment.
You package automate and distribute applications and contribute to continuously improving how software is deployed and managed across our client platforms.
You manage our virtual desktop environment based on Omnissa Horizon including the engineering and maintenance of desktop images.
You contribute your endpoint expertise to global IT projects and initiatives helping design and implement new workplace technologies and endpoint solutions.
You provide advanced 2nd and 3rd level technical support for complex endpoint-related issues performing in-depth troubleshooting and root cause analysis where required.
You maintain high-quality technical documentation and share your knowledge across the team to support sustainable and efficient operations.
Whats important to us
You bring several years of hands-on experience in endpoint engineering and managing enterprise client environments ideally gained in a complex or international organisation.
You have strong hands-on expertise in both Windows and macOS endpoint management including configuration deployment lifecycle management security and troubleshooting. Experience with Linux iOS and Android is a plus.
You have solid experience with modern endpoint and device management platforms; hands-on experience with Omnissa Workspace ONE is highly valued.
You are experienced in automating endpoint management activities and integrating systems using APIs scripting and other modern automation capabilities.
You have strong scripting skills particularly with PowerShell and at least one relevant shell or scripting language such as Bash or Zsh.
You understand the wider Microsoft workplace ecosystem and how endpoint management integrates with identity security applications and Microsoft 365 services.
You have a structured and analytical approach to troubleshooting and are comfortable investigating complex technical issues across different technologies and platforms.
You take initiative work independently and take responsibility for delivering reliable and high-quality solutions.
You communicate confidently in English and work effectively in an international environment with colleagues internal customers and other technical teams.
You enjoy working collaboratively sharing knowledge and continuously improving both the technology and the way the team operates.
You are based in Portugal or Serbia (at this stage we are not offering visa-based relocation).
