Investment Sector | Network Operations Center Engineer

• Deliver Level 1/2 technical support for the network and security infrastructures of multiple entities ensuring the continuity and reliability of Euronexts business operations.
• Monitor maintain and support critical network and system infrastructures to ensure optimal performance and availability.
• Provide technical support in a 24/7 operational environment working in rotating shifts to cover market operational hours.
• Monitor infrastructure using platforms such as Grafana LogicMonitor LibreNMS or similar tools.
• Troubleshoot network and infrastructure issues across multi-vendor environments.
• Respond to incidents perform root cause analysis and escalate issues when necessary.
• Collaborate with teams across multiple Euronext locations to ensure operational excellence and continuous service availability.
• Contribute to maintaining a stable secure and high-performing production environment.

Qualifications :

• Experience working in a Network Operations Center (NOC) Systems Operations Center or a similar technical support environment.
• Hands-on experience with infrastructure monitoring tools such as Grafana LogicMonitor LibreNMS or equivalent.
• Solid understanding of networking concepts and protocols including TCP/IP DNS PTP/NTP OSPF BGP and MPLS.
• Experience troubleshooting complex network environments.
• Knowledge of multi-vendor networking technologies including Juniper Cisco Arista Check Point and Fortinet.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Willingness to work in a rotating 24/7 shift environment supporting business-critical operations
