Investment Sector | DBA

• Design deploy manage and optimize stateful database workloads on Kubernetes with a focus on PostgreSQL.
• Implement persistent storage backup and restore pipelines data replication and high availability/disaster recovery (HA/DR) strategies.
• Develop automation for database provisioning upgrades and scaling using CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform Ansible or similar tools).
• Monitor troubleshoot and optimize database and Kubernetes cluster performance.
• Ensure database security through RBAC encryption secrets management and network policies.
• Collaborate with DevOps Platform Engineering and Development teams to design and implement Database-as-a-Service (DBaaS) solutions.

Qualifications :

• Proven experience managing PostgreSQL databases in Kubernetes environments.
• Strong knowledge of Kubernetes architecture stateful workloads and persistent storage.
• Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform and Ansible.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and database automation.
• Knowledge of backup recovery replication and high availability/disaster recovery strategies.
• Experience monitoring and troubleshooting database and Kubernetes environments.
• Solid understanding of Kubernetes security best practices including RBAC encryption secrets management and network policies.
• Strong collaboration communication and problem-solving skills.
