We are seeking experienced Investment Banking Experts to contribute to a customer project focused on financial modeling valuation transaction analysis and industry research.

Youll apply your investment banking expertise to evaluate real-world financial analysis and help train next-generation AI systems. No prior AI experience is required.

• Conduct company and industry research to support financial analysis and AI training.
• Perform target screening comparable company analysis and transaction analysis.
• Build review and troubleshoot Excel-based financial and valuation models.
• Prepare and review pitchbooks and client presentation materials.
• Analyze financial materials for numerical errors valuation issues and logical inconsistencies.
• Explain accounting treatments valuation adjustments assumptions and transaction sensitivities.
• Provide clear written and verbal explanations of complex financial concepts.

• Experience as a Senior Associate or Vice President in M&A investment banking or industry coverage.
• Hands-on experience with live acquisition or sale processes.
• Strong expertise in Excel financial modeling valuation and scenario analysis.
• Experience with company research target screening comparable company analysis and pitchbook preparation.
• Ability to review and improve analytical and client-facing materials.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
