What Youll do:

-Provide day-to-day operational support and platform maintenance;

-Investigate troubleshoot and resolve incidents within agreed SLA targets;

-Handle escalated issues from second-line support teams;

-Monitor platform performance capacity and availability to ensure operational stability and scalability;

-Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and recommend corrective and preventive actions;

-Support deployments releases production changes and service requests;

-Create and maintain operational documentation standard operating procedures (SOPs) and knowledge base articles;

-Develop and maintain automation scripts to streamline operational activities;

-Identify recurring issues and drive continuous service improvement initiatives;

-Support major incident management and service restoration activities;

-Monitor operational KPIs and contribute to service quality improvements;

-Proactively identify risks dependencies and optimization opportunities;

-Collaborate with internal teams and external service providers in a multicultural and international environment;

-Participate in on-call support activities when required;

- Hybrid work model.

Who You Are:

-Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field;

- 5 to 7 years of experience managing and supporting MuleSoft platforms (platform operations rather than API development);

- Strong expertise with MuleSoft Flex Gateway (Omni Gateway);

- Hands-on experience with Terraform GitHub and OpenShift;

- Good understanding of authentication and authorization standards including OAuth and OpenID;

- Knowledge of AWS and Azure cloud environments;

- Experience working with ITIL processes and service management practices;

- Familiarity with Argo CI/CD and modern DevOps methodologies;

- Strong stakeholder management communication and collaboration skills;

- Comfortable working in international and cross-functional environments;

- Fluent English.
