CloserHire is partnering with a global leader in customer experience and technology solutions to recruit an Italian-speaking Customer Service Representative for an insurance-related project in Lisbon Portugal.
Your Role:
- Handle incoming calls and chats from customers with inquiries about their insurance policies
- Process service requests in the clients policy administration system
- Manage requests for policy changes including updating payment methods
Your Qualifications:
- Native-level fluency in Italian (C2) and proficient in English (B2)
- Previous experience in customer service is considered an advantage
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
