Insurance Company Customer Representative – French Speaker

CloserHire is partnering with a global leader in customer experience and technology solutions to recruit a French-speaking Customer Service Representative for an insurance-related project in Lisbon this role youll support clients in managing their insurance policies handling inquiries claims and policy changes while ensuring a smooth and professional customer experience. Key Responsibilities Handle incoming calls and chats from customers with inquiries about their insurance policies Process service requests in the clients policy administration system Compose and send responses to emails and letters including contract documents and policy information Conduct indexation and electronic archiving using internal document management tools Manage requests for policy changes including updating payment methods Support customers with claims submissions and policy cancellations Maintain a high level of service quality and meet client-specific performance targets Requirements Native-level fluency in French (C2) and proficient in English (B2) Previous experience in customer service is considered an advantage Strong written and verbal communication skills Professional diplomatic and solution-oriented approach to handling customer queries Comfortable working in a team-oriented environment Proactive and motivated to maintain a high standard of performance Eligible to work in Portugal

Relocation:
Relocation support included: Accomodation for candidates outside of Portugal - Room in company apartment in Lisbon for 12 months for a fixed cost of 280EUR deducted from salary.
