Job Description

• Develop and drive influencer marketing strategies that align with client business objectives and deliver measurable results.

• Lead mentor and develop a team of Content Marketing specialists fostering a high-performance and collaborative culture.

• Act as the senior client lead building trusted relationships and providing strategic guidance to key stakeholders.

• Oversee the end-to-end execution of influencer campaigns ensuring quality efficiency and delivery against KPIs.

• Identify new business opportunities contribute to pitches and support the growth of the agencys influencer marketing offering.

• Stay ahead of industry trends platform developments and creator economy insights to drive innovation and best practices.

Requirements

• Proven experience in an agency environment (communications digital social media influencer marketing or integrated marketing agency).

• Demonstrated success managing and delivering large-scale influencer campaigns.

• Experience leading client relationships and presenting strategic recommendations to senior stakeholders.

• Previous people management or team leadership experience is strongly preferred.
