- Customer Care: Act as the primary point of contact for Hungarian-speaking customers answering inquiries via phone email and live chat.
- Problem Resolution: Assist users with product inquiries order tracking billing questions cancellations and basic account troubleshooting.
- Data Documentation: Accurately log track and update customer files and interaction details within the internal CRM platform.
- Service Excellence: Maintain a friendly empathetic and professional tone to deliver a high-quality customer experience.
- Location: Remote / Work From Home based in the Lisbon area (candidates must live within commuting distance for occasional on-site meetings or training updates).
