Job Summary
Are you a Hungarian speaker with an eye for detail and a knack for solving problems We are looking for customer-oriented individuals to join our digital support this role you will assist users navigating Payments & Orders for a major global platform ensuring smooth secure and successful digital transactions.
This is a Work From Home (WFH) position open to candidates residing in the Lisbon region allowing you to enjoy the flexibility of remote work alongside the option to visit our local office hub for community events and team touchpoints.
- Transaction Support: Assist Hungarian-speaking customers via email chat and phone with order confirmations billing discrepancies payment failures and refund requests.
- Account Security: Help users safely navigate their payment settings update billing methods and manage secure digital transactions.
- Problem Solving: Track missing packages coordinate with logistics partners regarding order statuses and resolve payment disputes efficiently.
- Documentation: Log user inquiries and software glitches accurately within the internal CRM platform to assist the quality assurance team.
- Location: Remote / Work From Home based in the Lisbon area (candidates should be located within commuting distance for occasional team meetings or training updates).
- Equipment: A complete high-tech home office setup (laptop monitor headset and digital tools) will be fully provided and shipped to your home.
- Hours: 40 hours per week (Full-time).
