Role Overview:

As a Content Moderator you will review and assess content published across an e-commerce marketplace including product listings images descriptions customer reviews and seller-generated content. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that all content meets platform guidelines quality requirements and relevant regulations contributing to a secure trustworthy and reliable marketplace for both buyers and sellers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review product listings descriptions images customer reviews and other marketplace content to ensure compliance with platform policies and quality standards.
• Detect and take appropriate action on prohibited deceptive fraudulent misleading or low-quality content that could negatively affect the user experience.
• Apply content moderation guidelines consistently and make accurate objective and well-informed decisions.
• Monitor seller- and customer-generated content to help protect marketplace integrity and maintain user trust.
• Escalate complex sensitive or high-risk cases according to established policies and procedures.
• Maintain excellent accuracy and attention to detail while managing high volumes of content efficiently.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support platform safety regulatory compliance and broader operational goals.
• Achieve defined performance targets related to quality productivity accuracy and turnaround times.
• Stay up to date with platform policies e-commerce regulations industry developments and emerging marketplace risks.
• Share feedback and improvement suggestions to enhance moderation processes internal tools and overall operational efficiency.

Requirements:

• Language Skills:Proficiency inHungarian (C1/C2)andEnglish (B2).
• Eligibility:EU citizenshipor a validPortuguese residency card.
• Experience:0-1 year of experience in content moderation or a related analytical role.
