Position: Hungarian Content Moderator
Location: Lisbon Portugal
Employment type: Full-time (6 month contract) / with possibility of extension / permanent contract
- Maintained strong knowledge and enthusiasm for leading e-commerce products services and industry standards
- Reviewed content in line with established service level agreements (SLAs) and quality benchmarks
- Ensured uploaded content complied with platform policies legal standards and safety guidelines
- Adapted to policy updates schedule changes and followed standard operating procedures with consistency
- Identified and escalated issues through proper internal channels adhering to company protocols
Requirements
- Native/fluent in Hungarian both verbal and written (C2 level). Fluent in English (minimum B2 level)
- Excellent moderation abilities with clear verbal and written communication sound judgment and local market insight
- Solid understanding of e-commerce platforms and industry practices
- Able to manage high workloads and maintain performance during peak promotional periods
- Strong customer service skills with empathy effective communication and balanced decision-making
