Job Summary

Are you ready to shape the future of capital markets We are looking for a VIE - HRIS group project officer to join the Human Resources team.

The position will be based in Porto and start 1 September 2026

Within the Group HRIS & HR Services department the V.I.E. HRIS group project officer will provide support to all our local HR and stakeholders across business she/he will pro-actively deliver key HRIS projects and will work closely with the Integration and Operation team .

You should have strong interpersonal skills be approachable responsive results and team oriented rigorous proactive and trustworthy.

You will be responsible for:

  • Administering HRIS tools at group level ensuring data integrity and system reliability
  • Managing data control especially between Workday and other HRIS systems by monitoring changes and following up on key performance indicators
  • Leading interface management with various internal and external stakeholders
  • Testing system evolutions and updates to ensure smooth implementation
  • Leading and/or supporting group HRIS projects such as integrating new entities and evolving tools to support the HR community
  • Coordinating communication and information sharing on ongoing HRIS projects with HR teams worldwide
  • Driving process improvements and supporting project delivery

Your profile:

  • Client-service orientation with strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize in a dynamic environment
  • Interest in HR systems and functionalities with a proactive approach to learning
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Knowledge or experience with HRIS tools such as Workday time and attendance systems or similar platforms
  • Business school or university degree in human resources economics or statistics
  • Strong organisational and analytical skills
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
