Your tasks

• HR Support: Handle onboarding records calendars and data audits.
• Office Management: Maintain a welcoming well-run workspace.
• Event Coordination: Organize internal events and social activities.
• Team Assistance: Provide hands-on support to team members.
• Ad-hoc Administration: Jump in on diverse tasks and mini-projects across the team.

Your profile

• IEFP Eligibility: Must be 35 or under registered as unemployed at IEFP and hold a Higher Education degree.
• Background: Higher Education and previous experience in Administration/Office Management.
• Languages: Fluent Portuguese and English (mandatory).
• Key attributes: a people person excellent communicator highly organized and able to prioritize effectively.
