In this role you will work behind the scenes for one of the worlds most popular digital platforms keeping online spaces safe positive and secure.
- Content Review: Monitor evaluate and moderate user-generated content (videos images text and audio) in Hebrew to ensure strict alignment with the platforms community guidelines and policies.
- Risk Identification: Detect and quickly flag inappropriate fraudulent harmful or policy-violating material ensuring swift action is taken.
- Objective Decision-Making: Make independent accurate choices regarding content removals or account escalations based on established global guidelines.
- Data Privacy: Handle sensitive information and user reports with the highest level of confidentiality and digital security.
- Location: Lisbon Portugal.
- Work Model: Full-time 100% on-site role based in a state-of-the-art high-tech corporate office.
- Shift Pattern: 24/7 Rotational Shifts. Because social media never sleeps candidates must be fully flexible to work a rotating schedule that includes day night weekend and holiday shifts to ensure around-the-clock global safety.
- Salary: Gross monthly (highly competitive premium rate for Hebrew speakers).
- Shift Premiums: Additional hourly allowances and bonuses applied for late-night weekend and holiday hours.
