Key Responsibilities

• Ensure Content Integrity: Review analyze and moderate user-generated content images videos and text in Hebrew to ensure strict compliance with platform safety policies and community guidelines.
  
• Problem Solve & Investigate: Identify potential safety risks flag harmful or inappropriate content diagnose policy violations and escalate complex safety cases to specialized internal teams.
  
• Drive Platform Safety: Provide fast precise and objective content evaluations to maintain high safety standards user safety and platform integrity benchmarks.
  
• Platform & Quality Guidance: Apply insights on safety policies brand protection guidelines and platform standards to minimize online harms and help secure a trusted digital environment.
  
• Continuous Learning: Stay up to date with evolving safety policies policy updates regional nuance guidelines and content review software through regular training sessions.
  

Minimum Requirements

• Hebrew Language: Full operational/fluent command of Hebrew (written and spoken) to evaluate user-generated content and policy nuances accurately.
  
• English Language: Minimum B2 level in English (essential for internal communication tool usage policy documentation and training).
  
• Work Authorization: Must hold EU citizenship a valid Portuguese Work Permit or a valid Portuguese Residence Permit (Título de Residência).
  
• Experience: Previous experience in content moderation trust and safety customer support or data annotation is a great bonus but not required! We provide fully paid training from day one.
  
• Digital Literacy: Familiarity with social media channels online digital tools media consumption or basic internet navigation.
  
• Soft Skills: Exceptional attention to detail strong analytical skills critical thinking resilience and a proactive solution-oriented mindset.
  

Mandatory Work Eligibility & Documentation
To be considered for this role candidates must legally hold the right to work in Portugal via one of the following criteria:

• EU / EEA / Swiss Citizenship: Possess a valid passport or national ID card from an EU country Iceland Liechtenstein Norway or Switzerland.
  
• Valid Portuguese Residence & Work Permit: Hold an active Portuguese Título de Residência or equivalent legal documentation granting immediate full-time employment rights in Portugal.
  

Please note: We are unable to sponsor initial work visas for non-EU applicants who do not already possess active legal work authorization for Portugal.
Compensation & Relocation Options

  For candidates already living in Lisbon with their own housing:
  
  • Base Salary: 1767 Gross per month (distributed over 12 months)
    
  • Monthly performance-based bonuses

• Option 2: Full Relocation Package
  For candidates relocating to Lisbon from overseas:
  
  • Base Salary: 1478.16 Gross per month
    
  • Flight Ticket: Fully covered flight to Lisbon.
    
  • Company Housing: A private room in a high-quality shared apartment with all utilities covered (rent power water gas internet) for the entire length of your contract!
    
  • Airport Transfer: Smooth arrival pickup upon landing.
