Hebrew-Speaking Content Moderator

We are looking for a Hebrew-Speaking Content Moderator to join our international team and help maintain a safe respectful and trustworthy online environment.

In this role you will review and moderate user-generated content across digital platforms ensuring that content complies with established community guidelines policies and quality standards. You will use your strong Hebrew language skills attention to detail and sound judgment to identify and take appropriate action on potentially inappropriate or policy-violating content.

• Review and moderate user-generated content in Hebrew across various digital platforms.
• Assess content against company policies community guidelines and safety standards.
• Identify and appropriately handle content that may be offensive inappropriate misleading or in violation of platform policies.
• Make accurate and consistent moderation decisions based on established procedures.
• Escalate complex or sensitive cases when required.
• Maintain a high level of accuracy and productivity while meeting defined KPIs.
• Ensure that moderation decisions are properly documented and follow internal processes.
• Stay updated on changes to moderation policies procedures and community standards.
• Collaborate with other teams to improve content quality and user safety.
• Handle potentially sensitive or disturbing content professionally and objectively.

• Native or near-native Hebrew (C1/C2 level).
• Good command of English both written and spoken.
• Previous experience in content moderation trust & safety customer support social media quality assurance or a similar role is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent analytical skills.
• Ability to make objective decisions based on predefined guidelines.
• Comfortable working with repetitive tasks while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
• Strong computer literacy and ability to navigate multiple systems.
• Ability to work independently and as part of an international team.
• Flexibility to work shifts including weekends or evenings depending on business requirements.
