Salary: salary package competitive plus 7.63 euro net p/working day food vouchers

Working hrs: 40 hrs p/week rotational within a 24x7 operation

Are you passionate about language technology and artificial intelligence We're looking for a native-level language specialist to join an international team working on cutting-edge AI this role you'll review and evaluate AI-generated content helping improve the quality accuracy and safety of next-generation language models. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience in AI annotation content evaluation or quality assurance who wants to work at the forefront of AI innovation.

What you'll be doing

• Review and evaluate AI-generated responses
• Label and annotate language model outputs according to detailed guidelines
• Assess content for quality relevance factual accuracy safety and policy compliance
• Identify errors inconsistencies and edge cases
• Apply annotation guidelines accurately across different content types
• Meet quality accuracy and productivity targets
• Provide valuable feedback that helps improve AI systems
• Handle confidential information in accordance with project standards

What we're looking for

• Fluent in Hebrew
• Good command of English (B2 or higher)
• Strong understanding of Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs) (essential)
• Experience with AI data annotation AI evaluation RLHF Supervised Fine-Tuning (SFT) content labeling Trust & Safety Quality Assurance or a similar analytical role
• Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills
• Strong written communication and reading comprehension
• High attention to detail with the ability to follow detailed guidelines consistently
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced quality-focused environment
• Professional reliable and able to handle confidential information with discretion
