Hebrew Social Media Content Moderator

CloserHire is working with a leading Outsourcing/BPO consultancy. They are seeking to onboard Social Media Content Moderators to join their teams in Lisbon and to support a major social media giant to work in the Hebrew market.

Responsibilities:

• Reviewing Reported Content: Thoroughly examine reported content including images videos text and ads to ensure they align with legal standards and platform policies in both Hebrew and English
• Assessing Ads: Evaluate advertisements to ensure they comply with legal regulations and are free from misleading inappropriate or harmful content
• Investigating Violations: Use internal tools and resources to investigate reported violations verifying claims and determining appropriate actions
• Maintaining Compliance: Ensure all content and ads meet legal requirements and platform guidelines addressing any issues or discrepancies that may arise
• Documenting and Reporting: Maintain detailed records of moderation activities and prepare reports on findings identifying trends or patterns in reported content
• Collaborating with Teams: Work closely with legal and compliance teams to resolve complex issues and support the development of platform policies
• Providing Feedback: Offer valuable insights and recommendations for improving content moderation processes and policies based on your observations and experiences
• Adapting to Changes: Stay informed about changes in legal regulations and platform policies ensuring your work remains effective and compliant with current standards

Qualifications:
