With new openings planned for 2026 the 5Y Group continues to grow by investing in experienced responsible and passionate professionals in oriental cuisine.

We are currently recruiting a Head Chef (Full-time) with experience in Wok cuisine to join one of our restaurants in Braga.

Main Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook dishes using Asian cuisine and wok cooking techniques;
• Ensure the correct execution of recipes and the groups quality standards;
• Support the kitchen team with mise en place and service organization;
• Ensure proper control and storage of food products;
• Comply with food hygiene and safety standards (HACCP).

Requirements

• Proven experience in Asian cuisine and wok cooking (mandatory);
• Knowledge of stir-frying techniques and fast-paced cooking preparation;
• Teamwork skills agility and attention to detail;
• Strong organizational skills responsibility and reliability;
• Immediate availability and flexible schedule.
