Hardware & Software Test Engineer – Automotive Electronics (fmdiv.)
Job Summary
Your contribution to something big:
- Develop and maintain hardware and software test systems for automotive electronics ensuring robust and scalable solutions for series production.
- Analyze test data and create dashboards and KPIs using Power BI Tableau or similar tools to support data-driven decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify analyze and resolve test-related issues.
- Support the industrialization validation commissioning and optimization of new test systems.
- Set up and support production test systems locally and internationally.
- Evaluate test results and monitor KPIs such as FPY retest rate and test time to drive continuous improvement.
- Prepare technical documentation support audits contribute to DLR activities and ensure effective knowledge sharing.
Qualifications :
What distinguishes you:
Education
- Masters degree in Electronics Engineering Electrical Engineering Software Engineering or a comparable field.
Experience
- Experience in test engineering validation or debugging within an industrial environment.
- Experience with production test systems is an advantage.
- Experience with display or camera product testing/calibration is a plus.
- Knowledge of MES OIS or database management is preferred.
Know-how
- Strong knowledge of test systems data analysis dashboard development and KPI reporting.
- Understanding of series production processes technical documentation and audit activities.
Languages
- Fluent English.
