In this role you will work behind the scenes for leading online platforms reviewing user-generated content to foster a positive secure and compliant digital environment.
- Content Moderation: Review and evaluate user-generated content (text images and audio) in Greek to ensure compliance with platform policies and community standards.
- Risk Identification: Identify and flag inappropriate misleading harmful or policy-violating content promptly and take decisive enforcement action.
- Objective Analysis: Apply critical thinking and sound judgment to complex cases distinguishing between harmless nuances and actual policy breaches.
- Process Improvement: Collaborate with quality assurance teams to maintain high standards of accuracy consistency and platform safety.
- Location: Lisbon Portugal.
- Work Model: Full-time 100% on-site role in a modern well-equipped office hub.
- Shift Pattern: Rotational shifts (may include evening night or weekend shifts to cover continuous platform monitoring).
