• Make informed decisions while maintaining consistency and accuracy.

• Maintain high-quality performance during periods of increased content volumes.
• Follow established standard operating procedures throughout the moderation process.

• Fluent or native-level Greek and English proficiency.
• Strong content moderation skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong decision-making abilities and sound judgement.
• Good understanding of Greek market and cultural nuances.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce products and service standards.
• Ability to ensure policy and legal compliance and content safety.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to adapt to policy changes and rotating schedules.
• Comfortable following standard operating procedures consistently.
• Ability to manage high queue volumes particularly during promotional periods.
• Strong customer service skills and empathy.
