As a Greek & English-Speaking Content Moderator you will help maintain the quality safety and compliance standards of an e-commerce platform.

You will review user-generated content apply relevant policies make rational decisions and ensure that content meets established quality and safety standards.

• Review content and ensure compliance with platform policies
• Maintain high quality and safety standards
• Apply rational decision-making based on local market knowledge
• Review content within agreed service levels and quality standards
• Identify and escalate policy legal or safety issues
• Ensure product and service standards are maintained
• Stay up to date with e-commerce products services and policies
• Handle increased queue volumes during peak periods
• Adapt to policy updates and changing requirements
• Follow established procedures and operating standards

• Fluent or native-level Greek
• Good proficiency in English
• Previous content moderation experience is an advantage
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong decision-making and analytical skills
• Understanding of e-commerce principles and practices
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to handle high volumes of content efficiently
• Ability to adapt to changing policies and procedures
• Strong customer service skills and empathy
