Job Summary

Your contribution to something big:

As Global Agency Manager you will shape Boschs global content production ecosystem by managing strategic agency partnerships and driving operational excellence.
You will collaborate with global stakeholders to ensure high-quality content delivery consistent brand standards and continuous process improvement.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Develop and execute the global agency strategy for content creation production and localization. 
  • Manage agency performance through KPIs governance and regular business reviews.
  • Oversee agency contracts budgets and cost optimization.
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external agency partners.
  • Drive agency onboarding training and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Identify opportunities to optimize content production and agency collaboration.
  • Support global consistency across content development and localization processes.

Qualifications :

What distinguishes you:

Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in Marketing Business Communications or a related field.

Experience:

  • Experience in agency management marketing operations or vendor management within an international environment.

Know-how:

  • Knowledge of content production localization agency governance and performance management.
  • Experience with budget management and process optimization.
  • Familiarity with MarTech PIM or DAM solutions is a plus.  

Working Style and Methods:

  • Structured proactive and collaborative with strong project management skills.

Personality:

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with a solution-oriented and continuous improvement mindset.

Languages: Fluent in English additional languages are a plus.
