German-Speaking Technical Customer Support

An on-site Technical Customer Support role with the employer in Lisbon supporting a Search Engine project focused on handling customer and technical support inquiries within a structured BPO environment. Working schedule: Monday to Friday 08:00AM to 08:00 PM (Rotational) Saturday and Sunday 08:00 AM to 05:00 PM.

Your Profile

• Native/Fluent German and good English (B2)
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable in customer support/technical support environment
• Computer literate with ability to learn systems quickly
• Customer service or technical support experience considered a plus.
