Responsibilities:

• Provide customer support via inbound and outbound calls in German and English
• Assist buyers sellers and creators with inquiries related to orders deliveries and platform services
• Investigate and resolve customer issues by reviewing order and logistics information
• Handle customer requests within established quality standards and service level agreements
• Escalate complex cases to the appropriate internal teams when required
• Accurately document customer interactions and maintain detailed case records
• Deliver a professional empathetic and customer-focused experience throughout every interaction
• Stay up to date with platform features policies and e-commerce best practices

Qualifications:

• Native-level fluency in German
• Good command of English
• Previous customer service experience is an advantage
• Strong understanding of e-commerce and online marketplaces
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Customer-oriented mindset with strong empathy and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to make sound decisions while working in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable handling high contact volumes during promotional campaigns and peak seasons
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
