German-Speaking Customer Support Specialist – Healthcare Project

We are looking for an empathetic Customer Support Specialist to join our international team in this role you wont just be answering ticketsyoull be providing vital guidance troubleshooting and support to patients caregivers and healthcare professionals.

• Deliver Empathic Support: Assist German-speaking users patients and healthcare providers via phone email and live chat.
• Problem Solve: Guide users through basic troubleshooting service inquiries and product navigation with clarity and care.
• Maintain High Standards: Ensure accurate documentation and adherence to quality and healthcare compliance guidelines.
• Collaborate: Work alongside an international supportive team and leadership to continuously improve service quality.

• Native / Fluent German (C2) both written and spoken.
• Upper-Intermediate to Advanced English (B2/C1) for onboarding internal systems and training.
• Empathy & Active Listening: A genuine passion for helping people in delicate situations.
• Flexibility: Comfortable with rotational schedules.
• Background: Prior experience in customer support is a plus but fresh graduates and career changers are warmly welcomedfull paid training is provided!

• Rotational Shifts: Monday to Sunday scheduled between 07:00 and 22:00.
• Predictable Schedule: 5 days on / 2 days off per week (shifts provided 1 month in advance so you can plan your life).
• Night/extra shift allowances paid in accordance with Portuguese labor law (25%).

• Base Salary: 1100 gross/month (paid across 14 months).
• Meal Allowance: 7.63 net/working day (168 net/month tax-free).
• Relocation Support: Assistance provided for candidates relocating to sunny Porto.
