German-Speaking Customer Support Specialist –

Role Overview:

Are you a fluent German speaker passionate about active lifestyle sports and delivering great customer experiences

On behalf of our clienta leading European customer experience and business process outsourcing partnerwe are actively seeking a motivated German-Speaking Customer Support Specialist to join an international project supporting a well-known global brand in the Sports & Leisure E-Commerce sector.

• Location: Porto Portugal (Central office near Metro Trindade On-site / Hybrid model)
• Employment Type: Full-time (40 hrs/week rotational shifts)
• Compensation:/ month (base salary performance & attendance bonuses)
• Languages Required: Fluent German (C1/C2) working proficiency in English

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound customer queries via phone email and digital back-office channels with empathy and professionalism.
• Assist customers with orders deliveries product inquiries returns and issue resolution.
• Address feedback claims and objections constructively to ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Navigate multiple CRM platforms and internal IT tools efficiently.
• Maintain a positive solution-oriented attitude that reflects the vibrant spirit of the sports and outdoor brand.

What We Are Looking For:

• Native or near-native German skills (C1/C2 level is mandatory).
• Good communicative level of English for internal team communication.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; empathetic and customer-centric mindset.
• Solid computer literacy and familiarity with digital platforms.
• Prior experience in customer service hospitality or e-commerce is an advantage (open to entry-level profiles with the right attitude).
• Valid work authorization for Portugal (EU citizenship or valid Portuguese residency/work permit).
• No relocation the candidate must live around Porto.
