• German C1 English B2
• Ability to resolve customer concerns and create a seamless customer experience.
• Self Sufficient & confident in troubleshooting basic technical issues related to Connectivity Systems & Devices.
• Ability to walk customers through complex procedures from start to finish.
• EU Citizenship or Portuguese Work Permit
