German-Speaking Customer Support Representative

An on-site Customer Support role with the employer in Lisbon supporting the e-commerce support project project focused on assisting users via inbound/outbound calls and resolving e-commerce platform-related issues within a fast-paced BPO environment. 6-month contract with rotational MondaySunday shifts and relocation support available for candidates moving from abroad.

Your Profile

• Native/Fluent German and good English (B2)
• Comfortable handling inbound and outbound calls
• Ability to investigate and resolve customer/order-related issues
• Comfortable working in fast-paced BPO environment with rotational shifts
• Computer literate with ability to learn systems quickly
