German-Speaking Banking & Financial Operations Specialist

Are you fluent in German with an interest or background in banking financial services or customer account management We are seeking detail-oriented professional individuals to join our financial operations team in Porto Portugal.

In this role you will deliver high-quality support to German-speaking retail banking clients fintech users or corporate accountsassisting with account management digital banking platforms transaction verification and compliance checks. Full relocation support including provided accommodation is included to ensure a seamless move to Porto!

• Customer & Account Advisory: Provide professional assistance to German-speaking banking clients via secure messaging phone and email regarding account features wire transfers card management and online banking systems.
• Transaction & Security Monitoring: Assist clients with transaction inquiries fraud alerts account verification (KYC/AML procedures) and security authentication protocols.
• Problem Resolution: Investigate payment discrepancies billing issues and digital payment gateway inquiries systematically and efficiently.
• Compliance & Confidentiality: Strictly adhere to European banking standards GDPR and financial data privacy guidelines during all client interactions.

• Location: Porto Portugal.
