We are looking for a German & English-speaking Technical Customer Service Representative to join our team in Lisbon. You will assist customers with technical questions and provide professional friendly and efficient support.

• German: Fluent / native-level proficiency
• English: Proficient level
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Passion for helping others
• Comfortable working in a dynamic fast-paced environment
• Open to feedback and continuous improvement
• Customer service or technical support experience is a plus

• MondayFriday: 08:0020:00 (rotational shifts)
• SaturdaySunday: 08:0017:00
• 2 rotational days off per week
