German Customer Support
Currently looking for German speakers (German English) for the project with a start date of 03/08/2026.
Salary Package
Base Salary: 1400
Language Bonus: 150
Performance Bonus: Up to 100
Schedule
Monday to Friday between 08:00 and 18:00
Working Model - Lisbon
Hybrid after the first 3 months
Main Responsibilities
Customer support via phone email and chat
Handling product and order-related queries
After-sales support and customer follow-up
Delivering a high level of customer satisfaction
Working closely with international teams in a multicultural environment
